Hey there! I’m Luyuan, and I’m a recent design graduate and an interdisciplinary designer with a passion for creating joyful digital experiences with empathy and intention. 

My experience in customer service has shaped my love for digital customer experiences, where I believe thoughtful design can make interactions accessible and enjoyable. I love to use my design skills to improve the lives of everyday people and make a positive difference.

I’ve been drawing and painting since I was a kid, and I love to be creative both in and outside of my work. Outside of design, you’ll find me crocheting, going for a run, or binge-watching movies and TV shows.
